HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FREE SHIPPING?
Free Shipping on Orders $50 or more: On purchases totaling $50 before taxes, shipping, and handling.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM THE TIME I ORDER, UNTIL THE ORDER SHIPS?
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order from the time it was placed, but we will definitely try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we are out of stock on an item, we will send you an email to inform you of options that are available.
WHICH CARRIERS DO I USE TO SHIP & WHAT WILL BE THE SHIPPING COST?
We are currently using US Postal Service (USPS) to ship ground orders to our customers. We calculate our ground shipping cost based on a flat rate of the products ordered and shipping address.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR GROUND SHIPMENT?
We are shipping out of California. Please see the map below for US Postal Service (USPS) estimated ground shipping time for the 48 continental US.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order on the Vittaci website, you will immediately be sent
an e-receipt. On the day that your order is shipped, the US Postal Service (USPS)
will begin sending you updates via email to let you know the progress of your
shipment. Please be sure to include your email address when purchasing so that
you are able to receive our e-receipt and tracking information.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. We are using the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship to
Canada. Once you specify the quantity you would like to purchase, the shipping
price will show in the shopping cart. Shipping time will be determined by
customs and can range from 6-10 business days.
* NOTE: The recipient of the shipment may be subject to ANY & ALL import fees
and taxes due, as this is an international shipment. Any additional charges for
customs clearance MUST BE paid by the recipient. We have no control over the
charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. If you have questions
regarding this, please contact the Canadian Post Office or Customs Office in
your city.
DO YOU SELL OR SHIP ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE US?
We are very sorry but we DO NOT sell or ship anywhere outside the US &
CANADA.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept our payments through PayPal for online and phone orders. Our
account with PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Checks. You can
also contact us directly to send us a check or money order.
ARE MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE?
Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. We use PayPal as our gateway for
all transactions and they are the most secure platforms available. We do not
store any credit card information on our server or do not share any information supplied with anyone else.

III. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 10-day return policy after the package was received and as long as the Original Seal is still on our product. Any products with a broken seal will not be exchanged or returned. Returned items must be in “New” condition and we will refund the price of the products upon receiving the items. Please note that ALL Shipping and Sales Tax charges are NOT refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your product was DAMAGED during delivery, you may send it back within 10 days for exchange. Please call customer service at 1-855-848-8224 before retuning any items.
